One problem led to another question. One question led to another solution. What began as my own search for answers has grown into something much bigger.
No single answer solves the human puzzle. There are different pieces.
Understanding who you are is one piece. Recognising your patterns is another. Finding the right professional when you need help is another. Giving professionals the knowledge, instruments and practical skills to help people effectively is another.
So instead of trying to create one solution for everything… I started building the pieces.
Those pieces became I Seek Help International, Paradigm Profiles™, Paradigm Patterns, the Academy and an expanding professional ecosystem.
Each solves a different part of the puzzle. When we start putting those pieces together, we begin to see the human differently.
And we’re not finished. There are still questions to ask. Patterns to discover. Problems to solve. And pieces to build.

I Seek Help International

Sometimes the biggest challenge isn’t recognising that you need help. It’s knowing where to find the right help.
I founded I Seek Help International to help bridge that gap. For the public, we’re creating pathways towards professionals, resources, conversations and support. For professionals, we’re creating an ecosystem where they can connect, develop, learn, build sustainable practices and ultimately help more people.
It brings together two sides of the same human equation: people looking for help, and professionals ready to help.
Because sometimes changing a life begins with finding the right person.

The goal isn’t to tell you who you should become. It’s to help you understand who is already there.

Paradigm Patterns takes us into another question: why do I keep doing this?
Some patterns are obvious. Others are so deeply integrated that we may mistake them for simply “who I am.”
Paradigm Pattern Recognition explores recurring patterns influencing our thoughts, emotions, behaviours, relationships, reactions and results.
The objective isn’t simply to name a pattern. It’s to recognise it, understand it, see what activates it, understand what it produces, and create the possibility of responding differently.
PATTERN → BEHAVIOUR → RESULT
If you keep trying to change the result without understanding the pattern, you may eventually recreate the same result.

The Academy
Knowing isn’t enough.
Information has never been more accessible. We can read about psychology, watch videos about relationships, study communication, learn about trauma and read about human behaviour.
But knowing something and knowing how to use it are two very different things. That’s why the Academy exists.
Through courses, workshops, masterclasses, certifications and professional development, we help turn knowledge into practical capability — especially for the people who work with people.

Helping the people who help people.
I could spend my life helping people one at a time. Or I could also help develop the people who help people. That’s where much of my focus is today.
Through I Seek Help International, Paradigm Profiles™, the Academy, mentoring, professional communities, technology and practice-development systems, we’re creating an environment where professionals can become better equipped to help the humans who trust them.
Developing one exceptional professional doesn’t impact only one person. That professional may go on to impact hundreds or even thousands of people throughout their career.
