About

Hi. I’m PG.

PG Paradigm. I’m a human being who became fascinated with solving complicated human problems because, at one point, I needed to solve my own.

PG Paradigm

I struggled. I made mistakes. I got stuck. I questioned myself. I failed. I tried again.

And I discovered something fascinating:

Knowing what you should do doesn’t necessarily mean you’ll do it.

So I started asking questions. A lot of questions.

Why do we think the way we think?

Why do we react the way we react?

Why do certain things trigger us?

Why can two people experience the same situation completely differently?

Why do we communicate so differently?

Why do we keep repeating behaviours that aren’t giving us the results we want?

And perhaps the biggest question of all:

Why am I like this?

The discovery

We are our patterns.

I wasn’t satisfied with simply knowing what people did. I wanted to understand why.

There are patterns in how we think. Patterns in what we notice. Patterns in what we ignore. Patterns in how we process information. Patterns in how we communicate. Patterns in how we connect. Patterns in conflict. Patterns in what triggers us. Patterns in what we avoid. Patterns in what we repeatedly choose.

And eventually… those patterns show up in our results.

My search for answers became much bigger than me. It led me to found I Seek Help International. It led me to create Paradigm Profiles™. It led me deeper into Paradigm Pattern Recognition. And it continues to lead me towards new questions, new discoveries and new solutions.

I don’t claim to have solved the human being. But I’ve become very good at finding the patterns.

And that’s why I became…

The Results Doctor.

When someone isn’t getting the result they want, I’m not interested in starting with “What’s wrong with you?”

I’m much more interested in asking:

What’s creating this result?

That’s where the puzzle begins.
